1. What I Collect From Visitors

I collect anonymous, lightweight usage analytics to understand how the dashboard is used. This includes: which tabs you click, which animals you view, and whether you click outbound links. I do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any personal information. No data is sent to any third-party analytics service.

2. Cookies

This site uses a session cookie only when you log in to the admin panel. No cookies are set for regular visitors.

3. What Data I Store

I store publicly available information from Reddit, including:

Public Reddit usernames of users who post pledges in comments
The text and URLs of public Reddit posts and comments
Animal names, shelter IDs, and locations mentioned in public posts
Pledge amounts detected from public comments

All of this information is already publicly visible on Reddit. I do not collect or store any private or non-public data.

4. Third Parties

Reddit comment text is sent to OpenAI for pledge detection analysis. No visitor data is shared with any third party.

5. Data Removal

If you are a Reddit user and want your username or pledges removed from this tool, contact val@polyakov.me and I will remove it promptly.
